In exercise of powers conferred under Section 43 of the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University, Chennai Act 1987 (T.N. Act 37 of 1987), the Governing Council of this University hereby makes the following “ORDINANCE” to prescribe One time e-Consortium fees mandatory for First year students and optional for existing students in addition to library fees collected from the students at the time of Registration in the University with effect from 01.04.2013. Further the mandatory fee prescribed for Government and Private Affiliated Institutions of this University towards formation of Library e-consortium with effect from 01.04.2013.

This Ordinance shall be called the Ordinance to prescribe One time e-Consortium fees mandatory for First year students and optional for existing students in addition to library fees collected from the students at the time of Registration in the University and the mandatory fee prescribed for Government and Private Affiliated Institutions of the Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University e– consortium with effect from 01.04.2013 shall be as follows:-

(a) One time e-Consortium fees mandatory for first year students and optional for existing students in addition to Library Fees from the students at the time Registration shall be as follows:

(b) The mandatory fee prescribed for Government and Private Affiliated Institutions of this University towards formation of Library e-Consortium shall be as follows:

The fees prescribed above are subject to modification by the Governing Council from time to time.

The fee mentioned in this Ordinance shall come in to force with effect from 01.04.2013.
