FOREIGN MEDICAL GRADUATES-  NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE  APPLICATION

The following are the list of essential documents to be submitted along with the application, duly enclosing the mentioned fee  for issue of No Objection Certificate to Foreign Medical Graduates

COPY OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS (SELF ATTESTED) TO BE SUBMITTED  :

1.  Degree Certificate / Provisionsal certificate / Diploma certificate from the Foreign Medical University (where the candidate last studied)

2.Eligibility certificate issued by of the Registrar, Tamil Nadu Medical Council, Chennai. 

3.  No objection certificate from the institution (Foreign University)

4. Screening test result – Indian National with foreign Medical qualification

5. Conditional Eligibility Certificate  issued by Medical Council of India, New Delhi/ Notification 

6. Affadavit for issue of NOC (one hundred rupees stamp paper)

FEES

1.  Processing fee of INR.3000/- +INR.540 (18% GST amount)

2. NOC fee of INR.25,000/- + INR.4,500/- (18% GST)

* Applications which  are not submitted with all of the above will not be accepted
