Extension of date for applying Annual Inspection for Department Recognition to conduct Ph.D. Programmes.

The University has decided to conduct Inspection every year for recognition of department for conducting Ph.D. programmes, to ensure the availability of infrastructure, Recognized Guides & Registered research candidates.

The Recognition order issued for the Departments to conduct research programmes is valid for that year only and it has to be renewed every year.

Departments obtained Recognition Orders up to July 2011, should apply for continuance of recognition on or before 31.08.2012.

Fee Structure for Department Recognition & Continuance of Recognition.

Inspection Fee - Rs. 40,000/-
For issue of Recognition Order - Rs. 5,00,000/-
For issue of Continuance of Recognition Order - Rs. 50,000/-

Fee structure to issue order for recognition of guide / Co-guide of this university.

For Guide Processing fee
Issue of Order for Recognition as Guide
- Rs. 3,000/-
- Rs.10,000/-
For Co-Guide Processing Fee
Issue of Order for Recognition as Co-Guide
- Rs. 2,000/-
- Rs. 5,000/-
