Procedure for Initial Expansion

  • A requisition letter / Application of the Student / Employer / Embassy with address and phone number duly signed and addressed to

The Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University,
No.69, Anna Salai,
Guindy, Chennai – 600032

This requisition should state the address clearly to which the said document should be sent. These should be signed by the candidate and handed over. If the letter is sent by mail, the scanned copy of the signed requisition may be sent.

The following documents should accompany the requisition letter.

  •  Proof for Initial Expansion

  •  A Photo copy of Statement of Marks , Provisional Certificate , Degree Certificate and Tamil Nadu Medical Council Registration Certificate.

  • Copy of the Birth Certificate

  • Copy of certificate issued by the Taluk Office or any Government Office for the Initial Expansion.

  • Copy of the Passport

  •  A payment of Rs.500/- + 18% GST = Rs. 590/- (Rupees Five hundred and Ninety only) per certificate remitted to

    • The University through payment gateway.

    • The prescribed challan available in the IOB branch of this University.

  • Self addressed envelope with Stamp for

    (subject to change as and when the postal charges change)

(a) Rs. 50/- for sending within India.

(b) Rs. 1400/- for sending to Canada.

(c) Rs. 1850/- for sending to USA.

(d) Rs. 1860/- for sending to UK
